Ross ERP system build order and review

The salesperson & merchandiser will create and review the order on a professional process system, and confirm the fabrics and processes required for production based on the final confirmed order. This process takes 0.5 days to ensure that there are no problems and you can be confident. to produce.

3Step

Review the order and schedule

The board room supervisor will review the layout and schedule the production. This confirmation takes 0.5 days to ensure the confirmation of the entire production time and personnel arrangements, which can effectively reduce production risks and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

4Step

Make paper patterns

According to the confirmed sportswear design and production pattern, we provide the customer with a visual pattern. The whole process takes 3 days. This process is to ensure that the design meets customer expectations, to ensure the accuracy of the design and size, and to avoid subsequent modifications.

5Step

Purchase noodles and accessories

Determine the customer's fabric selection, negotiate with the fabric supplier, and then place an order for fabrics and accessories. This process takes 3 days and is designed to ensure that customers are provided with the flexibility to choose fabrics and that the materials meet quality standards.

6Step

Cutting

Prepare the fabrics required for cutting and carry out cutting. It takes 1 day to cut the panels to ensure the accuracy of cutting, reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

7Step

Printing and embroidery

Make custom designs such as printing or embroidery. The process supplier provides personalized designs to make the sportswear more unique. This process takes 3 days. The process supplier must confirm the design and production of the pattern to ensure the quality of the printing, and the merchandiser will check the printing effect on the same day. And confirm the completion of printing and embroidery work.

8Step

Sewing

The sportswear is sewn by professional sportswear manufacturing workers. This process takes 3 days. Professional sewing ensures the durability and comfort of the product, and the pattern of the sportswear is checked.

9Step

Quality inspection

On the day after the sewing is completed, the quality inspection supervisor will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the finished sportswear, including fabric technology, stitching and patterning, etc. to ensure that the products received by the customer meet high quality standards and meet the customer's production requirements.

10Step

Send the copy

When the quality inspection is completed, the merchandiser will prepare and package the final sample and send it to the customer for final confirmation, so that the customer can see the design idea turned into actual sportswear.
