2024 HUCAI Spring Festival Factory Holiday Notice|ODM Sportswear Factory China
1. Question: When will HUCAI factory be closed for vacation?
Answer: Our factory will be closed on February 4, 2024, and the holiday period will last till February 16, 2024. Our business department is scheduled to officially resume normal work on February 17, 2024, and the production department will officially go to work on February 26, 2024! The HUCAI team will return to their workplaces with full of energy to welcome a brand new year!
2. Question: Is there any customer service during the vacation period?
Answer: Yes, our VIP level customer service will be available 24/7 even during the holiday season! However, HUCAI's customer service team will be affected to a certain extent during the holiday season. While we will do our best to support you, please understand that delays may occur. We recommend that you plan ahead and contact us when we return to work to ensure that your issue is resolved in a timely manner.
3. Question: Will my order submission be affected during the holiday?
Answer: Yes, order processing times may be extended during the holiday season. Please allow some extra time for your order to be processed once we are officially on duty. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will do our best to process your order as soon as we are back at work. We are committed to giving every order special treatment to ensure that your products are delivered as soon as possible.
