What should we prepare before starting a private label sweatshirt-and-shorts project?
Prepare reference images or tech packs, target fit, sweatshirt type, shorts length, preferred fabric handfeel, color references, logo artwork, label and packaging requirements, size range and estimated quantity.
If some details are not final, a clear collection direction and a few reference images are enough to begin an initial review.
