Wide Elasticated Waistband

A broad elastic waistband sits flat across the waist and runs without a drawstring or cord, as shown in the reference waistband view.

Slanted Side Pockets

Both sides carry a slanted pocket set into the seam, deep enough to sit flush against the body in the reference sample.

Woven Patch Label

A small woven patch is stitched to the left leg, which is the branding position used in the reference sample and can be swapped for your own label or print.

Straight Full-Length Leg

The leg is cut straight to a full-length hem with no cuff, giving a relaxed line from the hip to the ankle.

Fabric & Handfeel

The fleece specification is still open. Fleece handfeel and weight to be confirmed during development. Surface finish and pile are matched to your swatch through our sportswear fabric selection.

Fit, Silhouette & Grading

Waistband depth and elastic tension, rise, pocket depth, inseam length and leg opening can all be adjusted, and the pattern grades across your size run.

Colour & Surface Finish

Custom colours are matched to your reference, and the powder pink sample with its five-colour panel is one direction. Matching ribbing for the waistband can be developed.

Logo & Label Options

Woven patch labels, heat-transfer prints, flatlock embroidery and custom care labelling can be placed on the leg, the waistband or the pocket, with full private label support.
